We are building a modern hospitality concept combining handcrafted pizza, specialty coffee, artisan Italian gelato, desserts and great customer service. We are currently looking for experienced Baristas to join our opening team. Position Overview We are looking for energetic, friendly and professional individuals who are passionate about coffee and hospitality. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while creating a great customer experience. Our café and dessert area will play an important role in the Obsession experience, so we are looking for people with strong customer service skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude. This role may also support our artisan gelato and dessert stations as part of the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks and coffee beverages consistently Steam milk and maintain beverage quality standards Deliver friendly and professional customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station Support front counter operations and guest experience Assist with artisan gelato service and dessert stations Assist with desserts, bakery items and light front-of-house tasks Work efficiently during busy service hours Follow food safety and sanitation standards Requirements Previous barista experience preferred Espresso machine experience preferred Specialty coffee knowledge is a plus Strong customer service skills Positive attitude and team mentality Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work mornings, nights and weekends What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and performance Opportunity to grow with a new restaurant concept Professional and energetic work environment Flexible schedule Employee discounts Long-term growth opportunities
