LA MODE COFFEE

is a mobile espresso bar serving weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and private celebrations throughout Central Florida. We're looking for a friendly, reliable barista who enjoys making great coffee and creating a welcoming experience for guests. This is a part-time position with flexible event selection . We'll post available events, and you can choose the ones that fit your schedule. Once you commit to an event, we count on you to arrive on time and complete setup, service, and breakdown. What you'll do Transport the mobile coffee cart and all necessary equipment and supplies to and from events. Load, unload, set up, and break down the coffee cart at each event. Prepare espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffee, matcha, and other specialty drinks. Welcome guests, take drink orders, and provide friendly, professional service. professionally at every event. What we're looking for Previous barista experience and confidence using an espresso machine and grinder. Reliable transportation with enough cargo space to safely transport the mobile coffee cart, equipment, and supplies. A valid driver's license and ability to travel to event locations. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Reliability, punctuality, and clear communication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to load and unload equipment, set up and break down the cart, and stand during service, with or without reasonable accommodation. Latte art experience is a plus. Why join us?
