About Us Mini & Me is a cafe playhouse designed for families. It's a warm, thoughtfully built space where little ones can play and explore while parents relax, connect, or get a bit of work done over a great cup of coffee. Created by a mom who wanted a place that didn't exist yet, we're all about community, comfort, and care in every detail, including our coffee. The Role We're looking for a friendly, reliable part-time barista to join our team, approximately 25 hours per week. You'll be the face of our café: crafting great drinks, keeping our space welcoming, and making every guest (mini or grown-up) feel at home. What You'll Do Prepare coffee and espresso drinks to our recipe and quality standards Take orders and answer guest questions about our menu Heat up and serve pastries Provide warm, top-notch customer service to every guest During slower periods, clean and reset tables Clean and restock the coffee/bar area at the end of your shift Be dependable and on time for scheduled shifts What We're Looking For A friendly, positive attitude and genuine love for great customer service Comfort working in a family-oriented environment Reliability and punctuality Prior barista or coffee shop experience preferred.
