Whether you're preparing specialty coffee drinks or processing sales at the register, your positive attitude will keep our café buzzing with activity and good vibes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, retail sales, and customer engagement while working in a creative environment. Duties Prepare a variety of beverages with precision and care Operate POS systems to process retail sales transactions accurately Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide friendly service to ensure a memorable café experience Handle transactions, process payments Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning equipment, counters, tables, and food handling surfaces in accordance with food safety standards Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service standards Experience Previous café experience is required Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques and coffee industry standards Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures in line with food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're experienced with creating delightful coffee beverages and delivering outstanding customer service!
