ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsibilities will vary by position and may include:

• Provide attentive and professional guest service
• Maintain strong knowledge of the food and beverage menus
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, management, and Front of House team
• Follow allergy, dietary restriction, and restaurant service protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Support the team throughout service to ensure a smooth guest experience

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1-2+ years of full-service restaurant experience preferred
• NYC restaurant experience is a plus
• Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food knowledge is a plus
• Wine and cocktail knowledge is preferred for Server and Bartender positions
• Ability to work on your feet throughout an 8+ hour shift
• Flexible availability, including weekends
