Job Description
Bartender / Barista About the Position We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Bartender / Barista to join our team. This is a dual-role position, and the ideal candidate must be confident and experienced in both bartending and coffee service . You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing quality cocktails, beer, wine, espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages. We are looking for someone who can easily transition between the bar and coffee station while maintaining a positive attitude and a high level of service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Prepare espresso, coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty coffee drinks. Take customer orders and provide friendly, attentive service. Operate and maintain the bar and coffee equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and coffee station. Follow recipes, portion standards, and beverage presentation guidelines. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems accurately. Check identification and follow all applicable alcohol service laws. Restock beverages, coffee supplies, glassware, and other necessary items. Assist with opening and closing duties. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and customer service. Support other team members as needed. Qualifications Previous bartending and barista experience required. Must be comfortable and capable of performing both roles . Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, espresso, and specialty coffee. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/re-stock supplies as needed. Bartending certification or applicable alcohol-service certification is a plus.
