Front of House / Barista Full-Time & Part-Time | South Tampa Sucré Table is looking for a dependable, friendly, and experienced Front of House / Barista to join our team. We are a high-end bakery focused on handcrafted pastries, specialty desserts, cakes, and an elevated coffee and beverage program. We are a small team, so reliability, punctuality, and teamwork are extremely important to us. Schedule Sucré Table is open Tuesday-Sunday and closed Mondays. Weekend availability is required , including Saturdays and Sundays. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Please only apply if you can consistently work your scheduled shifts. Dependability is one of the most important requirements for this position. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service Prepare espresso, coffee, and specialty beverages Operate a manual espresso machine and grinder Learn our pastry, dessert, and beverage menu Accurately take orders and operate our POS system Package pastries and customer orders with care Keep the front counter, coffee station, displays, and customer areas clean and organized Restock throughout the day Complete opening, closing, and assigned cleaning duties Assist the team wherever needed during busy service Cleaning, restocking, and maintaining the bakery are part of the position. During slower periods, team members are expected to remain productive by cleaning, organizing, or restocking. What We're Looking For Dependable and consistently punctual Weekend availability Previous café, bakery, restaurant, or customer-service experience Barista/manual espresso experience strongly preferred Friendly and confident when interacting with customers Able to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail Professional appearance and communication Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and accept feedback Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Because we are a small operation, we depend on each other. Showing up on time and being present for your scheduled shifts directly affects the entire team.
