At Boarding Pass Coffee, located in downtown Alpharetta, GA, we're looking for a talented Weekend Barista & Guest Experience Lead to join our team. What You'll Do As our Weekend Guest Experience Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and leave with a smile.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and alcohol beverages with care and consistency. Leading the guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere. Managing weekend operations, ensuring the shop runs smoothly and efficiently. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace to uphold our high standards. Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for coffee to the table. To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or customer-facing environment. Ability to upsell and suggest complementary menu items. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for engaging with people. The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting.
