What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and seating areas Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely
