Le Macaron French Pastries of Canton, Georgia is looking for a macaron ambassador to join our team. If you're passionate about authentic French flavors and serving up smiles, apply today!

Who We Need:

Ambassadors are the stewards of our brand day-to-day, creating unique experiences for our customers and introducing them to authentic French flavors and pastries. Ambassadors will understand the variety of macaron flavors and a broad assortment of pastries, cakes, and other gourmet deserts to craft personal recommendations and experiences for our customers. A little knowledge of coffee won't hurt either! Not sure you know enough to apply? Do not worry

• there's plenty of training time (and tasting opportunities) to become familiar with all the products!

Expectations:

Create a customer experience that serves up a smile Become and expert on all menu items, including their main ingredients and common allergens Maintain cleanliness in all food preparation & service areas Handle all food-related, storage, & cleaning activities by sanitary procedures and standards that comply with all federal, state, & local guidelines. Perform opening and closing checklists Operate a point-of-sale system (cash register) and accurately accept cash and electronic payments Perform various cleaning activities such as general & equipment cleaning, storage & rotation of food and supplies Offer free samples to anybody that wants to try a macaron, pastry, or gelato!

Full-time or part-time positions available. Our goal is to provide predictable, reliable, consistent schedules where our ambassadors can plan for their daily routines and have their work / life balance thrive. We also understand life happens, we will work with you when it does!

Qualifications:

No direct experience is necessary; preferred experiences listed below. Weekly paychecks with hourly rates starting at $12/hr. Increased rates possible based on previous experience and credentials.
