In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring they leave satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with consistency, attention to detail, and flair. Operate the POS system to process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment while providing accurate change and maintaining proper cash-handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in food preparation areas, service stations, and customer-facing spaces. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with menu selections, answering product questions, and creating a positive experience. Follow proper food preparation and handling procedures, including all applicable food safety and sanitation standards. Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality of service. Restock supplies and assist with general café duties as needed. Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with Clover POS system is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
