Job Description
Description Concord Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Barista / Bistro Server to join our hotel bar and lounge team. This role provides both counter service and bistro support, allowing opportunities to cross-train in front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent guest service in bar, bistro, and banquet settings. Prepare hot and cold menu items, barista drinks, and assist with bartending. Handle cash, use electronic point-of-sale systems, and serve food and beverages. Set up, break down, and maintain meeting spaces and banquet areas. Perform daily opening/closing duties and required side work. Assist with dishwashing, bussing, and general cleaning as needed. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking, bartending, barista, or serving. Ability to work 7-9 hour shifts starting as early as 5 AM. Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and occasional nights. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor.
