Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling responsibilities with attention to detail and integrity Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and serving areas Assist with food handling, food safety compliance, and basic food preparation tasks Support sales efforts by engaging customers, suggesting menu items, and promoting specials or loyalty programs Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while ensuring quality service at all times Skills Proven experience as a barista or in coffee/Smoothies industry roles, with knowledge of beverage preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate register operations Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Experience in serving or food service roles within cafés or retail settings is preferred Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences through excellent service and quality products!
