It's a fitting name for a place that belongs as much to Savannah as it does to The Ann. We're a café by morning and a cocktail bar by night, built around Mediterranean simplicity and Southern warmth. That means espresso pulled with real care, scratch pastries, and a room that fills up with regulars, guests, neighbors, chess players on Thursdays, and whoever wanders in off the lane. As a barista here, you're the first person most of them see. The first "good morning," the drink someone orders the same way every day, the reason they come back. The Barista is responsible for honoring each and every customer by providing excellent customer service and a high-quality product. The Barista is a true professional that displays a positive attitude at all times to ensure the return of our customers who are the reason for our business. Responsibilities Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time. Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers Maintains Quality store operations Contributes to store profitability Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the barista position Qualifications Education/Formal Training High school education or equivalent experience. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role strongly preferred. Knowledge/Skills Must have excellent customer service skills. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
