Part-Time Barista — Pour Boy Coffee Starting pay: $10/hr + tips — guaranteed minimum of $15/hr total compensation Pour Boy Coffee is looking for a few part-time baristas to join our crew. We're not looking for someone who just wants to stand behind an espresso machine. We want people who are fast, friendly, dependable, creative, and genuinely good with people. Experience is great, but personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more. We can teach you coffee. PAY $10/hr starting base pay Pour Boy guarantees at least $5/hr in tips, bringing you to a minimum of $15/hr If actual tips exceed $5/hr, you earn the higher amount Incremental raises and increased earning opportunities as you grow with the company Opportunity to take on greater responsibility as Pour Boy continues to grow
