Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions, cash handling, and cashiering duties. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized workspace including counters, equipment, and storage areas. Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring a positive experience. Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service environments with coffee experience preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced café or retail setting while maintaining attention to detail.
