Job Summary As a team member, you'll handle crafting drinks, taking orders, and creating memorable experiences for our guests at our cafe located at the Royal Hawaiian Center. About Mini Monster (instagram @snowmonsteroc) is an innovative drinks cafe with unique offerings and sustainability practices currently located in SoCal. Our mission is to create happiness for our guests, communities, and team members. Pay We offer a competitive starting pay of $16.00 for the Team Member position, with the possibility of increases based on available positions + TIPS. Responsibilities Prepare and serve teas, coffees, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards. Ensure a clean and organized workspace, including the maintenance of equipment and utensils. Engage with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing their questions and providing excellent service. Restock and replenish inventory as needed to meet customer demand. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup tasks. Stay informed about menu offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
