Donut Shop Team Member / Barista - Waikīkī We're looking for a positive, outgoing, and dependable individual who enjoys meeting new people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our Waikīkī location will serve both local customers and visitors from around the world, so hospitality is a big part of this position. We want someone who will genuinely engage with our customers, help them discover our products, and make them feel welcomed in Hawaiʻi. What You'll Do Greet and welcome every customer who walks in Engage with customers and create genuine connections Answer questions and offer recommendations Provide exceptional customer service Take and prepare customer orders Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages Make our house-made glazes Glaze and finish donuts Assist with food and ingredient preparation Restock products and supplies Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable Wash dishes and complete daily cleaning and sanitation tasks Work efficiently with the team during busy periods Follow food safety and sanitation procedures What We're Looking For Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality Comfortable starting conversations with customers Strong hospitality and customer service skills Dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willing to clean, prep, make drinks, serve customers, and help wherever needed Takes initiative and pays attention to detail Works well independently and as part of a team Previous café, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus Experience is great, but personality and attitude are extremely important to us. Multilingual Applicants Highly Encouraged Speaking more than one language is a major plus.
