We don't usually have many openings, but with our brand new SALT at Kakaʻako location opening, we're adding a limited number of new members to the MOSA! team. Our team is currently around 25 people, mostly college students , so it's a fun, energetic environment where you'll get to meet tons of people and make new friends while working. ☀

MORNING & MID-DAY AVAILABILITY NEEDED

Right now, our BIGGEST hiring need is for people who can consistently work MORNING and MID-DAY shifts , especially on weekdays. SALT Kakaʻako

Shift Times:

Morning:

7:30 AM•12:30

PM Mid-Day:

12:30 PM•6:30 PM Applicants with weekday availability for the 7:30 AM-12:30 PM will be prioritized for tryouts. Our spots usually fill quickly, so apply as soon as possible if you're interested! Pay Starting base wage is $16/hour , plus employees typically receive at least around $2/hour in credit card tips , not including CASH tips, so meaning you're generally making $18.50+/hour . Raises and additional opportunities are regularly given to employees who work hard, are dependable, and take on more responsibility.

Estimated Pay:

$18.00•22.00/hour Duties Scoop and serve ice cream and other MOSA! products Provide friendly and energetic customer service Prepare food and drinks according to MOSA! standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the shop, equipment, and utensils Handle POS and cash transactions accurately Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Work together with other team members to keep the shop running smoothly Complete opening, shift, and closing responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Nothing complicated — you just need to be willing to work, learn, scoop ice cream, and be a good teammate! We're looking for people who are: Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Reliable and on time Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willing to clean and help wherever needed Able to work well as part of a team Available for morning and/or mid-day shifts is a
