2 team members At least 1 closing shift position required About the Role We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated team members to join our coffee shop and retail team in Kailua-Kona. This role focuses on customer service, food and beverage preparation, and retail sales in a fast-paced environment. Paid training is provided, previous barista or retail experience is helpful but not required. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent day-to-day customer service Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety Prepare food and beverage items according to recipes and quality standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash accurately Engage with guests by answering questions about our products and company Recommend products and services to support sales goals Communicate ideas and feedback to management to help improve operations and sales Assist with opening, closing, and general shop duties as scheduled Qualifications Customer service, retail, or barista experience preferred (not required) Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers English required; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Ability to multitask in a busy environment Willingness to obtain Food Safety Handling Certification after hire Ability to lift 25-40 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends Must be reliable and punctual—especially for opening or closing shifts Schedule & Shifts 4-hour, 6-hour, or 8-hour shifts Day and evening shifts available Monday-Friday and weekend availability required At least one position will regularly work closing shifts Additional positions will float between opening, mid, and closing shifts Benefits Paid training Employee discount Flexible scheduling Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance Additional Information Must be willing to relocate to Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 before starting work Work location: In person
