The barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. The barista is also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas. The barista fulfils any other duties the store manager, assistant manager or shift supervisor assigns and represents The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in a professional manner. Skills Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Computer literacy, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Program, Word, Outlook, Excel etc. Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Requires high organization and great attention to detail Performs with a "sense of urgency" and possesses a positive attitude Education & Experience Entry level position Register and cash handling experience a plus Other Requirements At least fourteen (14) years of age at the time of start date.
