Duties Prepare a variety of fresh, high-quality beverages including smoothies, juices, and specialty drinks using professional equipment. Food Preparation weekly. Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and process retail sales transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Juice barista station, ensuring food safety standards and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities by processing cash transactions accurately and providing correct change. Assist with inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness. Uphold food safety standards through proper sanitation practices, cleaning equipment regularly, and adhering to health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions about menu items, and creating a positive atmosphere for all guests. Dependability and Punctuality is a must! Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales efficiently. Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation, including coffee and smoothie crafting. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service skills. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and measuring ingredients precisely. Commitment to food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude.
