Our mission is cultivating exceptional specialty coffee on Maui, serving our community with excellence, while working with amazing coworkers! Additional responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean work station, organization, multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
• Preparing and serving hand-crafted beverages to our Akamai standards of excellence, and working cohesively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our fast-paced cafés.

We have three locations on Maui (Kihei, Kahului, Wailea) all of which we are onboarding new team members. Starting pay for our full time baristas is Hourly + Tips = average $24-26/hr There is also opportunity for growth within Akamai Coffee! Responsibilities for the

Barista Position:

• Take orders from customers prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks
• Uphold excellence of service and efficiency towards customers, answer questions about products
• Maintain a neat & clean appearance of person and of work area
• Wash dishes and clean equipment
• Delight in our customers by serving them and providing the Akamai-experience Additionally, we have Part-Time positions avaliable (food running and/or bar backing), with shifts from 6a-1p and 7a-2p, 1p-6:30p
