This role is responsible for roasting our coffee to perfection, ensuring every batch meets our quality and flavor standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This position offers a flexible schedule and can be performed during morning or evening hours. The Coffee Roaster is responsible for producing high-quality roasted coffee in alignment with company standards, flavor profiles, and production needs. This role plays a key part in maintaining roast consistency, overseeing quality control, and ensuring proper handling of all green and roasted coffee. The Roaster also helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient roasting environment.
