Weekend Café Team Member - Uptown Marion $15.00-$18.00/hour Saturdays & Sundays Home by 5:30 PM Weekend availability is required. Looking for a fun weekend job with great pay, amazing coworkers, and no late nights? Join one of Eastern Iowa's fastest-growing bakery and café companies! This is the perfect position for someone who enjoys working with people, likes staying busy, and wants dependable weekend hours without sacrificing weeknights. The Schedule Saturdays & Sundays | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM 6-16 hours per week Additional weekday shifts available if you'd like more hours No nights. Ever. What You'll Do You'll prepare espresso drinks, build sandwiches and salads, plate pastries, run the register, keep the bakery case full, and help create an exceptional experience for every customer. No coffee experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know. What We're Looking For We're looking for people who: Show up on time, every shift Are dependable and reliable Work with a strong sense of urgency Bring a positive, team-first attitude Love serving customers and working alongside great teammates Take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and stocked Café, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but we hire for attitude and work ethic first. The Physical Part This is an active job. You'll be on your feet throughout your shift, moving quickly, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and working in a fast-paced bakery café.
