• What You Will Do:

• + Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and suggest food and beverage options + Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with care and timeliness + Accurately process guest payments and report tips for tax compliance + Maintain a clean and well-stocked wait station and handle VIP amenity setups + Follow safety and sanitation procedures, including coordination with the kitchen •

What We Are Looking For:

• + Prior customer service experience (server or cashier experience is a plus) + Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certified or willing to become certified within 60 days + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 20 lbs, and stand/walk for the full shift + Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills + Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays •Why Atrium?
