Full-Time & Part-Time XII Barr Hospitality is a Boise/Eagle, Idaho-based multi-concept hospitality group behind Caffeina Caffè, Caffeina Kitchen, Caffeina Coffee Roasting Co., and Jovino's Wine Barr. Jovino's Wine Barr is our newest concept: a combined café-by-day, wine bar-by-night location, pairing Caffeina's coffee program with a curated wine list, wine club, and elevated evening hospitality. Jovino's Café is looking for baristas who love great coffee and even better guest interactions. This is a great fit for someone who wants steady hours in a fast-paced specialty café, with flexibility to pick up shifts across the week. What You'll Do Prepare espresso, coffee, and specialty beverages to Caffeina's quality standards Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient guest service at the counter and register Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café throughout your shift Support opening and closing procedures, including prep and breakdown Help with the café-to-wine-bar transition tasks on changeover days as needed Restock supplies and communicate inventory needs to your shift lead or manager What We're Looking For Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right person Friendly, energetic, and reliable, with a genuine passion for hospitality Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask during rushes Current food handler's card, or willingness to obtain one Available to work a flexible schedule across all seven days of the week, including some weekend and early-morning shifts Schedule Café is open seven days a week (Monday-Tuesday coffee-only through mid-afternoon; Wednesday-Sunday morning through early afternoon ahead of the wine bar changeover). We're looking for shift flexibility across opening, mid, and closing shifts, seven days a week. Compensation & Perks Starting at $10.25/hour plus tips.
