Job Description
This is an onsite in person role. Only candidates who are able to commute to our offices in Eagle, ID will be considered. Are you a scrappy, creative growth marketer who would rather build it than brief someone else? Are you technical enough to wire up the page, the automation, and the integration yourself? Can you put AI to work to deliver faster while owning the output? Do you believe pixels matter, and won't let a typo out the door? Do you want a flexible, fast, results-focused environment? If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you. Crelate, a growing startup with 1,500+ customers, is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager. Hands-on, last-mile execution: you own outcomes, not slide decks, and go live in month one. Crelate's mission is to help more people connect with better opportunities, more often, by building the market's fastest, easiest, most flexible recruiting and talent engagement software. We need your help getting the word out. The Growth Marketing Manager owns a business outcome (growing qualified inbound pipeline) rather than a single channel. This is a strategic, scrappy, last-mile execution role: you'll look across the funnel to find where we're losing potential customers, then use experimentation and data to fix it, building the campaigns, landing-page tests, and nurture flows yourself, in the HTML and the automation when that's what it takes to ship. You'll own the marketing master plan end to end, running the programs directly and coordinating outside specialists and vendors to keep it on schedule, while working from the positioning and messaging set by the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute - We know marketing involves "boiling the ocean" and every inch helps; we look forward to you partnering with product, leadership, customer success, and more to rapidly "do all the things" to move us forward. Plan and run integrated campaigns that align organic, SEO, email, and events with paid to grow qualified inbound pipeline (paid is managed separately for now; you align to it). Own conversion-rate optimization across landing pages, forms, and the trial/demo signup flow, improving visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity rates. Build and manage lead nurture, re-engagement, and lifecycle email/automation in HubSpot so inbound converts instead of leaking. Execute account-based marketing across ~4,000 target accounts, including target-list building and sequencing, from the strategy and 4-cohort messaging set by the Director of Marketing. Own the marketing master plan and quarterback external vendors (SEO/AEO, deliverability, video) and cross-functional partners, holding delivery to schedule. Run G2/Capterra review campaigns to build reputation and earn AI/answer-engine (AEO) citations. Fill webinars and events with registration campaigns and run the follow-up that converts attendees into pipeline. Design and run A/B and messaging experiments against funnel drop-offs, keeping a prioritized backlog and scaling what works. Build the mechanics yourself (landing-page HTML/CSS, no-code and API integrations, your own data pulls) rather than waiting in an engineering queue. Hold the brand bar on everything that ships: polished, approachable, premium. Maintain attribution and own the weekly KPI dashboard, reporting on pipeline and revenue rather than marketing activity.Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B SaaS company, owning pipeline or revenue targets.Strong AI skills:
Put AI to work to accelerate time to value and the impact you can have, while being 100% responsible for output.Analytical:
comfortable digging into funnel data, with a working understanding of attribution and SaaS economics (CAC, LTV, payback). Hands-on with HubSpot and GA4.Experimental:
thinks in hypotheses, runs and interprets A/B tests, and quickly kills what doesn't work. Hands-on builder who can create the campaign, landing page, nurture flow, or experiment, not just direct it. Collaborative and cross-functional, comfortable working with BD, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success, and coordinating outside vendors.Commercially minded:
thinks in pipeline, revenue, and payback, not impressions and MQLs. Strong writer who can take an existing brand voice and turn it into campaigns, pages, and emails.Technical:
comfortable in HTML/CSS, no-code and API integrations, and basic SQL for pulling your own data.Detail-obsessed:
you catch the broken link, the wrong UTM, and the off-brand button before a customer does. Bias for action and fast moving, without ever letting the brand look unfinished. Recruiting, staffing, or HR-tech are a plus.We can offer you:
Flexible work hours, we're focused on results Plenty of opportunities to learn and wear lots of hats Startup life - flexible, relaxed, yet high stakes work environment Awesome coworkers who care about their work and each other Competitive benefits including: Paid parental leave Flexible spending and dependent care accounts Medical, Dental and Vision coverage 401k with company matching Long and short-term disability insurance A generous paid leave policy, which includes up to 14 days of office holidays (including a company-wide winter break) And for team members who excel, stock option grants. Our Culture:
We're entrepreneurial, passionate, and relentless about customer success. Everyone on the team talks and works directly with customers. Period. We share a collective passion for success, but not at any cost. We are striving to build an amazing product and a great business. This is no trivial task, and we lean on each other as we iterate our way to success. We value transparency, passion, effort, results, and growth. We very much look forward to hearing from you, seeing your portfolio and reading over your cover letter that explains how you are a perfect fit for our company and this opportunity.Benefits
