Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Roxberry Juice Employee and become a key player in delivering fresh, delicious, and healthy beverages to our customers! In this energetic role, you will provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality food and drinks, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, retail sales, and customer engagement within a dynamic café setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting beverages and snacks that meet their preferences Prepare smoothies, juices, and other food items following established recipes and food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Manage cash register transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise to keep the café fully stocked for busy hours Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about menu options and promoting sales Skills Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales transactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods seamlessly Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate register operations Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and food preparation techniques Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced café or retail environment Experience in serving customers and managing sales within the food industry is preferred Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering healthy refreshment options while creating memorable experiences for our guests!
