The role requires efficiency during busy hours, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and other menu items according to company standards Greet customers, take orders, and handle cash or card payments Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, dining areas, and service stations Restock cups, ingredients, milk, syrups, and other supplies Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Open or close the store as assigned Help manage customer concerns professionally and promptly Work closely with team members during peak hours Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous café, food service, or customer service experience is required Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate supplies Applicants must be 21 years old and above How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining relevant experience.
