availability! 3:30PM - 10:30PM Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage preparation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where you can develop your skills in the food industry while providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences Operate Toast POS system for order processing and cash handling Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling food items or snacks as needed Manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills during busy periods Upsell products to increase sales while maintaining a friendly demeanor Requirements Previous barista or coffee industry experience preferred; experience with café serving environments is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and register operations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously Can Do!

Attitude Pay:

$15.00 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 14.0 - 30.0 per week
