This role is responsible for preparing high-quality espresso beverages, maintaining a well-organized coffee bar, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, operates independently, and is passionate about specialty coffee and customer service. This role is Monday-Friday from 7a-2:30pm, approximately 35 hours a week. Coffee Service & Beverage Preparation Prepare and serve expert-level espresso and specialty coffee beverages with consistency and attention to detail. Maintain high standards for coffee quality, presentation, and customer experience. Educate customers and guests on coffee offerings when appropriate. Customer Experience & Hospitality Provide outstanding hospitality and customer service to employees, visitors, and clients. Create a warm, welcoming environment that enhances the workplace experience. Build positive relationships through exceptional service and professionalism. Coffee Bar Operations Independently manage the day-to-day operation of the coffee bar. Ensure the coffee station remains clean, organized, and fully operational throughout the day. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate maintenance needs when necessary. Inventory & Supply Management Monitor inventory levels for coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and related supplies. Communicate supply needs to management to support weekly ordering processes. Receive deliveries, restock inventory, and maintain organized storage areas.
