Baristas are the face of our organization. In this role, you will expertly create delicious and eclectic drinks, create moments that encourage joy and camaraderie, and ensure our customers always see and feel a welcoming environment. You will display our motto of where coffee and community meet in customer service and in teamwork. Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter the coffeehouse Take orders while offering customary options (e.g., preferences of coffee blend/dairy options) Prepare and serve beverage(s) and food option(s) per recipe guides Receive and process credit card/digital payments Clean and maintain bar, counter, and bathroom areas Clean and restock work and dining areas Empty trash, wipe down, and sanitize equipment and utensils: Every 2-hours check bathrooms. Every 1-hour wipe/sanitize counters, tables Follow up with guests in coffeehouse Maintain and replenish inventory of cups, plates, pastries, teas, etc. Demonstrate the Sip and Savor Way 5C's - Crisp, Clean, Classy, Consistent, Customer Service Ensure adequate inventory prior to closing each day Leave note for opener if item(s) out of stock Communicate customer feedback to managers Maintain quality of products/location Check expiration dates on all products prior to close and when opening Rotate products based on expiration dates Comply with health and safety regulations

Sip & Savor takes market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. The successful candidate's starting pay $15/hr plus tips, and can increase based on job-related skills, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
