Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, equipment sanitation, and general tidiness to ensure food safety standards are met. Manage cash handling duties by processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing registers at the end of shifts. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality standards are upheld in every drink and snack served. Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and multitasking seamlessly in a fast-paced environment. Experience Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with café operations, beverage service, and food industry standards is a plus. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances your ability to perform efficiently. Strong skills in retail math, cash handling, and basic math ensure accurate transactions. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude are essential for creating welcoming atmospheres.
