Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process sales efficiently and accurately Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling, preparation, and serving procedures Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operations Experience Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures in a café or retail environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience in food preparation or food industry roles is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable coffee experiences!
