Cocoa Bean Fine Desserts in Geneva, IL is looking for 1-2 front counter staff/baristas to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Quickly learn our menu to serve customers and take orders. Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Must be available for morning and daytime shifts from Tuesday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts Qualifications Proven working experience in customer service, food service experience a plus Candidate must be able to stand comfortably for their shift and lift moderate weight. High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively
