We are looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated team members to help create a welcoming café experience for every guest. This is a hands-on role that includes preparing drinks, serving customers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and helping the café run smoothly throughout the day. What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, matcha, teas, and other beverages according to Evoke standards Provide friendly and attentive customer service Operate the POS system and process customer orders Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café Restock cups, ingredients, pastries, and other supplies Assist with opening and closing procedures Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures Work closely with your teammate to keep service efficient during busy periods Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn specialty coffee preparation and Evoke standards Able to work independently and as part of a small team Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Previous café, barista, restaurant, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required

Schedule :

Part-time, approximately 8-20 hours per week

Compensation:
