We are seeking experienced, hands-on, ready to hit the ground running Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food handling, making coffee drinks and making sure the front of the house is always prestine. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all dining experiences meet our high standards of quality. Proven experience will be needed as well as hands on motivated individual. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, adhering to fine dining standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, service stations, and restrooms. Assist in all areas of the front. Making sure that everything is always clean. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders. Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with knowledge of food preparation and service techniques. Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations is essential. Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are crucial for success in this role.
