Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of coffee and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have experience in coffee and food service, possess strong cash handling skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers flexible hours seven days a week, with morning and evening shifts available to accommodate different schedules. Duties Process cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency Make non-alcoholic beverages according to customer specifications Serve food items and maintain cleanliness of the service area Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the overall experience Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally Skills Previous experience in coffee preparation and food service is preferred Strong cash handling skills with experience using POS systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work morning shifts from 7am to 4pm or evening shifts from 4pm to midnight Must be at least 18 years old for morning shifts; 21 or older for evening shifts Ability to work well as part of a team and independently Join our team as a Barista if you are passionate about coffee, enjoy engaging with customers, and thrive in a dynamic setting.
