Cutting & Grinding Operator (2nd Shift) 📍 Manufacturing Environment 💲 $19.50 per hour 🕒 Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:20 PM Are you looking for a stable full-time opportunity with a company that values quality, teamwork, and growth? We are seeking a Cutting & Grinding Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll work with specialized equipment to manufacture high-quality medical device components in a clean, safety-focused environment. What You'll Do Operate cutting and grinding equipment according to established procedures and production requirements. Set up and run machines using work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing specifications. Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Troubleshoot minor machine or product issues and escalate concerns when needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives, workplace organization, and safety programs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members and assist in other department areas when needed. Pay Details:
