Overview We are seeking experienced Baristas to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of coffee, excellent customer service skills, and experience in a food and beverage setting. The position involves preparing beverages, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards Operate POS systems Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food safety and food handling protocols Assist with serving food items Manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management during busy periods Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of food service and handling Support team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts Experience Previous Barista experience is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of coffee experience and serving is advantageous Join our team to deliver exceptional coffee experiences while working in a friendly, fast-paced environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
