Full Job Description Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly when they come into the bakery Describe products & assist customers when they are making purchases. Requires you to learn about our products and wear your sales hat! Ring up orders on the register, and fill orders accurately & efficiently Barista duties

• responsible for making espresso drinks according to our recipes. We work on a manual espresso machine
• La Marzocco Linea (Prior barista experience preferred) Assist manager with restocking inventory and completing daily inventory reports, as needed Various cleaning, restocking, and organizing duties as needed Check for accuracy and completeness of special orders coming in each day. Post & communicate these properly to the team. Help us figure out "How can we get better?"

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting wage is $15.40/hr, +tips Paid Time Off is accrued in accordance with the Illinois "Paid Leave for All Workers"
