This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee, enjoys leading others, and takes pride in creating a great customer experience. Previous barista experience required!

Responsibilities:

Lead shifts and support baristas during daily operations Ensure drink quality, recipe consistency, and smooth workflow Open and/or close the café as scheduled Monitor inventory and communicate low stock items Provide friendly, efficient customer service Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and company standards Help train and support new team members

Qualifications:

Previous barista experience required Food Safety Management Certificate required Leadership or key-holder experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable handling responsibility in a fast-paced environment Must be available for some weekends and holidays
