Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Knowledge of our donuts and providing excellent service to our customers Prepare a variety of drinks, including coffee, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Operate Square POS system to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change using basic math skills Maintain cleanliness of the area by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and seating areas in accordance with food safety standards Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met Manage beverage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly Requirements Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred. Familiarity with square pos for sales processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash accurately and perform retail math efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about creating welcoming spaces where customers can enjoy quality beverages and friendly service.
