Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Porter/Maintenance Worker to support the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building safe, functional, and attractive living environments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, skilled in various maintenance tasks, and committed to providing excellent customer service to residents and team members alike. Duties Perform general cleaning, painting, and light carpentry to maintain building interior spaces and to clean up grounds to maintain curb appeal. Remove trash and debris from empty apartments ("trash outs") before renovation or leasing. Assist in the preparation of market ready units. Assist Maintenance /Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Replace burned-out light bulbs or handle basic touch-up tasks. Use property software to document work orders and maintenance activities Assist with supervising maintenance tasks when required and coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance tools safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills; capable of providing or following clear instructions and updates. This role is vital in ensuring our properties remain safe, functional, and welcoming for all. Pay:
From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
