Job Description
$200 retention bonus for employees based on your performance on the job and attendance. Job requires training for proficiency, and we value hard working employees that take initiative to maintain a clean facility. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Part-time and Full-time position are available. Also looking for a shift manager with additional pay offered to those that qualify. Our family-owned business has brought entertainment to the Northwest Indiana area for over twenty years. Employees at Showland Cinemas main objective is to help make the customer feel welcome with fast, friendly, and efficient customer service. As a team associate, you will help prepare and serve various food and drink items to our guests. In addition to serving the customer, you will be responsible for: Operating the cash register, keeping food items stocked, and cleaning the counters, equipment, and condiment areas. Other responsibilities include cleaning the theatres before opening each day and after each movie showing, and cleaning bathrooms. A written exam is required to be taken and evaluated before you are invited for an interview.
