As a Bellrista, you will be the face of our establishment, crafting delicious beverages and providing top-notch customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages Operate POS systems Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly attitude, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting overall business operations during busy periods. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
