We offer competitive hourly pay based on experience, paid training, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth as our café continues to expand. Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages Maintain drink quality and presentation standards Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Operate POS system and process transactions accurately Keep the coffee bar clean, stocked, and organized Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist with opening and closing duties Qualifications Previous barista experience preferred Knowledge of espresso machines and milk steaming techniques is a plus Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities Join our team and help us make life a little sweeter, one cup at a time.
