Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Arrive early to open the shop and ensure everything is prepped to set the team up for success. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Assist with food preparation and handling in compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items; assist with ordering as needed. Set an example for team members and lead them in creating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency. Prepare and securly transport daily bank deposits.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with cash handling/deposits and in a similar role in the food service or coffee industry is strongly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Knowledge of Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale is a plus Available and punctual. Saturday and Sunday availability required. Excellent communication skills. A great attitude Willingness to work within a team atmosphere Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures within the food industry. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
