Common Grounds Is Hiring! Lexington's original coffee shops are adding to our team! If you are friendly, customer oriented and like to make amazing drinks and café bites, we would love to talk with you! Food background is required. Locations are 3100 Old Todds Road and 4772 Hartland Parkway. Must be available to work at least 3 shifts a week. Operating hours for our shops are 7 am

• 2 pm daily (Old Todds) and 6 am
• 5 pm daily (Hartland). Rate is $9.50/ hr + tips; this typically nets $13/hr
• $16/ hr after tips.

Responsibilities:

CG baristas are responsible for making high quality drinks and food menu items per company standards. CG baristas also share cashier responsibilities, food and drink prep, stocking and cleaning. Common Grounds has a diverse workforce and strives to be known for having mutual respect, integrity, good attitude and diligence on the job. Common Grounds started in 1992 and is currently owned and managed by the Robinson family. In addition to the coffee shops, Common Grounds is also a coffee roaster, offering numerous single origin and signature coffee blends including the famous Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee.
